Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our Shop, choose your product (and size or variant, if applicable), then click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”. At checkout, enter your name, phone number and delivery address, and place your order. You’ll see an order confirmation straight away.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to view your orders and check out faster next time.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. Our team may call or message you on the phone number you provided to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order has not yet been handed over to the courier. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and we’ll take care of it.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. You pay the delivery person in cash when your parcel arrives.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The total shown at checkout — product price plus delivery charge — is exactly what you pay.
Delivery
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery costs ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka. Delivery may take a little longer during holidays, bad weather or other situations beyond our control.
Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes! We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
Returns & Refunds
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no extra cost.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and has its original tags and packaging. Read our Refund & Return Policy for details.
How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are sent via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Products
How do I choose the right clothing size?
Check the size or age details in the product description. If you’re unsure, message us with your child’s age, height and weight and we’ll help you pick the best fit. For fast-growing kids, choosing one size up is often a good idea.
Are your toys safe for young children?
We choose our toys with children’s safety in mind and list a recommended age for each one. Please always follow the age guidance and supervise young children during play, especially with toys that have small parts.
Will the product look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to show every product accurately. Slight differences in colour may occur because of lighting and screen settings.
