Welcome to KidzHaat. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kidzhaat.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About KidzHaat

KidzHaat is an online store based in Bangladesh that sells children’s clothing, toys, educational products and everyday kids’ essentials, with delivery across the country.

2. Using Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering or creating an account.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Slight differences in colour may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
  • Sizes and measurements are approximate. Please check the product details before ordering, or contact us for sizing help.
  • Age recommendations are provided for guidance. Toys and other products should always be used under appropriate adult supervision.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
  • Prices and availability may change without prior notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will inform you promptly.

6. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, the order cannot be confirmed, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If a cancelled order has already been paid for in any way, you will receive a full refund.

7. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. The full order amount, including the delivery charge, is payable in cash to the delivery person when your parcel arrives.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Product Safety

Please read all product information, age guidance and warnings before use. Some products may contain small parts that are not suitable for young children. KidzHaat is not responsible for any harm resulting from misuse of a product or failure to follow its age guidance and safety instructions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our name, logo, text, images and graphics — belongs to KidzHaat or its content providers and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidzHaat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
